Day 1: prepare colloidal gold nanoparticles, buffer solutions, sample pad, conjugate pad, NC membrane, absorbent pad
Day 2: antibodies and antigens conjugate with gold nanoparticles, C and T line making, conjugate pad making, drying processes, stick NC membrane and absorbent on backing card
Day 3: lamination processes: conjugate pad, sample pad stick on backing card to make a completed uncut sheets (manual stick or automatic lamination machine)
Day 4: Uncut sheets use in rapid test kit assembly machine, automated cutting sheets into strips, put strip into cassette, press cassette closed well, put cassette + desiccant bag into foil bag, automatic seal bag, a completed test kit finish.

If i use hepatitis name buffer in hiv rapid test then it will cause false negative result or accurate result?
