Hummm… at 3:20 sourcing from traditional “in-house”…. You kind of lost it there, I think. IT shops of all kinds have been “outsourcing” with questionable results for over 25 years… Outsoureing is certainly nothing new. My experience is that in the past 5 years companies are bringing IT functions back in house as a result of failed outsourcing. I think you’ve missed this one a bit.
