WOW, what a great video!! Did anyone else find themselves getting more comfortable in their seat, in anticipation, at the sight of the thumbnail?!? And THEN the video starts and you see it wasn't edited so you got even MORE comfortable so as to enjoy every second?!? Thank you Thuy and client!!! Yeah, I have seen multiple videos where technicians absolutely butcher senior skin! Thuy is the best I have seen so far when it comes to older clients.
I was thinking the same thing. The scalpel glides smoothly, versus the jabbing with the needle.
She is very gentle with the blade. Others need to watch her
@marybeth9412 I have seen other techs shove the needle in then flick it out multiple times at different angles for every blemish. The blemishes on older skin have been there a long time and have gone hard and won't squeeze out a smaller incision, which is all you can do with a needle. Thuy seems to judge just how big the incision needs to be.

My mom is 92 and NOTHING bothers her. We had our shingles shots together. My arm was sore and had flu like symptoms both times. Her? Nada! 🤣

Fascinating! Steatocystoma multiplex mixed with milia. It's heartening to see Thuy treating this Senior Citizen with such gentle care and respect. Some spas are almost brutal in how they treat their elderly clients. Maybe thinking older generations will just be stoic and take the abuse.
I thought those looked like steatos, but I don’t think I’ve seen them on a face before, so I was second-guessing myself ☺️.

The more skill and experience a clinician has with milia, the more likely they can come out as pearls. It takes a delicate touch, and even then you can't guarantee it would come out like pearls.

I almost didn't watch this because they're normally so bloody and violent. Thuy did such an incredible job! So delicate with minimal blood and damage.
Blood almost always happens with milia, steatocytoma and vellus hair cysts because they're deep in there and there is literally no other way to extract them except to make cuts into the skin. Add in possible inflammation and it's a recipe for blood.
There are a lot of spas people knock because they just don't understand why things happen and it DRIVES me nuts 😂
There are a few that I would never go to though lmao But it's like that with any skillset

I have milia and unless you’ve got a tool like Thuy has or a good needle, good luck getting them out. Some pops are easy squeezy and some n ed a ton more pressure to come out. Thank you Thuy for helping the older generation as well. 😊
