I don't think you have an exact understanding of the German sound, Wilfried Berk is right, it is simply an excellent boehm sound, the German sound is different, no better, no worse, just different!
from how you set up the comment it seems that you identify a good sound with the German sound, it is absolutely wrong, there are great boehm sounds as great German sounds, there are bad boehm sounds and bad German sounds, it is absolutely wrong to contrast the two clarinet systems, it depends exclusively by the musician
