Lobotomy corporation is a management sim game where you (the protagonist) manage a facility centred around energy production, energy is produced by extracting it while working with an abnormality, abnormalities are monsters of all types that can hurt, kill, hypnotize and make your employees go mad so you’ve to be careful while extracting energy. Your goal is to get the target amount of energy for the day with little to no deaths, abnormalities go from silly balls that can make your employees bald to absolute abominations capable of destroying the facility, kill all your employees and end the world, they’re so ugly, grotesque and powerful that you have to manage the sanity of your employees and canonically, a cognitive filter is implanted on the protagonist so they see the monsters and employees as dolls, so the manager doesn’t go crazy too. In exchange, you can improve your employee’s stats and even make gear out of the abnormalities, then equip your employees with said gear to make them fight evenly with the abnormalities. The story is amazing, play it.
