Congrats. You made my heart beat abnormally for 23 minutes straight by using protein supplements in your thumbnail. I was so relieved at the end of the 23rd minute. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I might have been in need of a cardiologist, hadn't I watched the video completely. Anyways thank you for enlightening us on this topic. Thankfully I haven't faced this issue. I'll remember this the next time I take a full body checkup.

Would you be able to do a video on Vitamin D deficiency and taking supplements? Many IT professionals are working remotely from home so hardly getting any sun exposure. Many abroad with extreme winter conditions also stay indoors almost completely during those months.. I have heard in the past you mentioned about this, but would be great if you can dedicate a video on this topic.

    Very interesting story as always!
One main issue is that nowadys majority of the doctors don't have time to listen to full history and are in a hurry to write prescription or tests. It could be due to the sheer numbers of consultations assigned to them by the hospital or by greed. But very difficult to find doctors & hospital who take enough time to listen and study case history.

Damn what a coincidence! I have started working out for the past 3 weeks and yesterday was leg day where i went a bit overboard. And i had scheduled routine blood screen today, where my liver enzymes were both raised near 100. For someone who always have them under 20 it was quite a shock.
I was just trying to think of a suitable differential when this video popped up!

That felt like a very good refresher doc. I think medicos should actually watch your videos as a mandatory requirement. It would greatly ease the burden on their brains.
And doc, try to setup your support accounts. If you're taking precious time out of your daily life to produce great content like this, I sure as hell would like to compensate you for it and show our support for the same.
Also, love the theme on your monitors back there. Fits with your vibe on the DP.
