I’m not going to go off about conspiracy’s and stuff but unless it burned all at once which we know didn’t happen, blue paint and lasers are very unlikely as the laser that didn’t destroy blue paint (which there are many varieties of so lol) would have had to destroy everything else instantly rather than burning over time as fire itself isn’t selective as for a laser starting the fire, that also makes the blue paint irrelevant as fire definitely doesn’t discriminate paint color.

It's LiDAR mapping at an altitude that is eye safe for the public. It's being flown at night, because during the day there's more air traffic that complicates the data collection, and it's usually smoother air as well. The air traffic is likely the greater concern though. LiDAR mapping flights are also flown during the day when able, but you wouldn't see the green circle during daylight hours.

US ARMY corps of engineers conducting coastal surveys used to measure distance. This has been happening for a few years.
What happened in Hawaii was believed to be a Chinese satellite. Please don’t misinform people for your entertainment.

CIA released a manual/report or something a while back. It's old technology, it has something to do with ions and related to space. It has to do with comets. I'm still trying to learn more. It's very confusing.

Militaries have developed weapons capable of travelling speeds in excess of 16,000 mph. These types of speeds have been capable for a while now, but they're generally for intercontinental ballistic missiles, which travel high n the atmosphere and so are easier to detect. However what they're now trying to create are hypersonic weapons that change direction and travel closer to the earths surface. So the militaries probably require more in depth analysis for a more accurate topography maps. Thats probably why lasers are being used to measure elevation and terrain.

They are mapping out the areas they plan to burn down. There are ways to put a stop to it while it is happening. That plane was clearly low enough to be effective all it takes is the initiative.
