So Easy: Japanese ginger pork | Wood fired oven cooking

1 part cooking wine
1 part sweet cooking wine Mirin (or substitute with a sweet wine like sherry)
1 part soy sauce
1/3 part sugar
1 piece of ginger (to taste)
Add the pork loin
Marinade then cook over high heat.
