Most of the jobs in India is based on Java (Barclays, OpenText, Mr. Cooper, Nielsen,NCR, Qualcomm, Cisco,Cerner etc) while there is absolutely minimal opportunity in Python for freshers.
Java is a must while Python is just a cherry on top.
I too thought earlier that Python is #1 trending hot language while Java is becoming obsolete. I suffered but I don't want you to.

Prashant Sharma It depends a huge deal on what career you are looking to pursue. For example, if you are into finance - you can use this time to learn different financial models, take up certain Udemy courses around concepts of finance, Learn mock trading etc. But regardless of the field you wish to pursue a career in, I believe reading is on of the top most things you can do to increase your knowledge. Knowledge tops everything 💯
I am afraid no skill can be 'easily' learnt. Everything worth learning takes time and effort. But it's possible. If you like programming, pick up a language. And also brush up your English-speaking skills that'll help you in any interview.
