Thanks! Yeah, I stomp the heck out of them and take them off outdoors before going in the house. They are waterproof so a good rinsing is required after a "goose hunt". Nasty birds those.

Thanks John! It is a great place to hunt - just beat to death by about 6-8 of us. Everything from 1850 onwards has been found there. 100 different tree types make it a beautiful spot to detect.

HunterGT, I'm in Vermont,that would be a pleasant day for a hunt in December,tho the weather has been very nice and abnormally warm,I have 5 rings in my last 4 trips out,with my AT Max,anyways it was 63f on Thursday and Saturday where getting 6-8 inches of snow with 27 for a high,so enjoy you time out,I enjoy watching especially during the winter months,I'm looking at Equinox 800,for Spring,that's what Santa said,Merry Christmas my friend,thank you for all you do for our hobby,Angel blessings too you !!
40 is about my limit...even in Colorado where it was a dry wind. -16 was the coldest I ever saw. Be happy to never see snow or ice again in my life....unless a sno-cone or glass of tea. Way to get some wheat cents and is that silver ring a spinner ring also.. looks like tire tread around it.. Yeah T found a coin spill 6 beer cans and a Recovery token that was a 30yr token He must have had something bad happen after 30 yrs.. Poor guy.. Only the story of how she found the token.. Good Video. I am glad those Geese are over your way now.. they pooped all over two sport fields I have been detecting in..lol

It does not spin - that would be awesome though. Sad about the token...but even sadder about the geese. Stupid birds ruin every place they land.
