  • This is my piano arrangement of Strength of an Empire, composed by Thomas Bergersen from Two Steps From Hell's Industry album "Heaven". Later it was publically released in "Classics Volume 1".

    Spicy Fmaj chord over the minor third in the bass at 0:51 🤪

      @@snarf1504 I honestly didn't, but I also used BGH Music's arrangement as a reference. I saw that chord and was confused and after testing around with a F in the bass, I decided to change it back to G#, because I thought the G# sounded better!

      @@HyrubatoMusic wait are talking about the same thing? 😅
      I was referring to the fact that your piano cover has both the minor third (Ab) and the major third (A) of an F chord in it - the former in the bass and the latter in the upper chord structure - leading to crunchy major/minor sound. The original is just F minor with an Ab in the bass like you said. My first comment was just a playful reference to this small mistake :)
