Q: While completing the assessment, is it okay if I have worked only for one company during all five years? Is it Mandatory to have more than one company in the experience chart?
A: Associations do not require a specific number of companies for the CBA; instead, they require that applicants have a minimum of 48 months of professional engineering experience. So, there should be no problem with having one company as long as you are able to write examples from your experience that will best demonstrate the 34 competencies.

Q: Does this diversity in project types and roles strengthen my assessment, or could it be seen as a drawback?
A: It actually depends on how you write your competencies. You could always use the diversity of your experience to your advantage by clearly articulating your examples to show each competency.
