Q: Would having experience in multiple roles be an issue when writing about my competencies? Should I focus on one specific role and provide examples exclusively from that perspective, or is it acceptable to draw from my diverse experiences across different positions?
A: There should be no problem with having multiple roles for as long as you meet the minimum number of years required and as long as you can write examples for each competency. It's okay to choose from whichever experience (across different positions) you have. But please note that when writing examples, you should be able to clearly show the competency you are writing with respect to the indicators.

Q2: The other question is: I have 3 years of industrial work experience (2021-2024) in a company plus my phd experience (I started the PhD program 2016 and earned my degree 2021). In the experience records form I have to answer the following question when I add my PhD experience:
WAS THIS EMPLOYMENT COMPLETED BEFORE GRADUATION? Yes or No
Which one should I choose. I got PhD after Bachelors so I want to put it as No but I have a feeling it should be yes since I was a graduate student. What do you think I should do?
A: The graduation referred to here is your Bachelor's degree, so, the answer to "Was the employment completed before graduation" is yes. It is also important to note that your PhD doesn't earn you the 1 year of the 4 years of work experience, unless you were doing industry-sponsored research.
