I love these videos...especially with the sound of the machinery. Much prefer this to "reality TV" logging where they seem to add in manufactured drama. What you see here is the real thing. Thanks for posting this.
Thanks for the upload....not many people know the sounds of a grapple yarder. add alittle wind and a dump of lets say a foot of snow and things get interesting espically on rocky ground like your on. cheers!!!
Yeah this is a great. So i assume that wood was all hoe chucked for yah hey. Makes life so much better when a good operator lays it out that way. Nothing but production
@@bulkleyoutdoors Hmm, wonder how to track down a spool of that stuff! If you watch "Exploring Abandoned Mines" on RUclips you might have an idea what it's for. 😃

Mostly bunched, some hand fell in areas and not much hoe chucking
Ahh, that's better. No headbanger crap.
Where can a guy get some of that cable? Once it's used and you guys can't use it anymore?
It just gets recycled. We roll it back onto the spools and send it away. Not sure exactly where it goes.

Its expensive stuff! A roll costs a few thousand. Unfortunately they would notice if a roll went missing haha.
