Honestly, I kind of value Arts farming more, to be honest. Yes, sometimes it requires a bit more finesse, but all in all, the good Arts farmer will still find a way to loop, and there are a lot of situations where you can just go 6 drop CE no plugsuit, while Buster farming often have to make concessions on that front. Still, the new options Koyanskaya and Oberon bring are very nice. All in all, I'm willing to only make a token attempt for Koyanskaya to improve my chances of getting Oberon, who's the big priority for me : works with every team, not just Buster, almost mandatory for 90++ quests (at least if you want to 3T), and his next banner is in forever, while Koyanskaya will show up again on New Year. I can go six months without her, but 1year+ without Oberon on JP was painful, and I'm not going through that again.
While you could use 3 AOE nps instead of looping with one, I still do sometimes since i have multiple mlb kscopes. Looping with one has the advantage of using 3 turn buffs and stacking them so that if the last node is a relatively high hp enemy it can be done.
God I hope I get Miss Crane on the GSSR. I can use her as a mini-Oberon of sorts and she's going to plugsuit herself out for a second Koyanskaya. Then on turn 3 I can just use the actual plugsuit to bring in Waver or Castoria to give Morgan the 50% battery she needs.
Double koyan + kukulkan + oberon probably the most OP universal buster setup IMO. godjuna cant outrun kuku's raw NP damage even with class effectiveness 💀
Using a mystic code means not using plug suit which means not using a 50% charger (waver,castorta etc) or 70%(Oberon) so you're stuck with only 2 koyan and 20% mystic code battery. There are servants who can loop with only double koyan like cu caster I think but they are very few

I totally get that pulling priority, but the problem is Melusine especially is BEFORE oberon or Koyan and doesn't seems to have another rate up until GSSR basically. You might be able to skip Morgan's 1st round because her banner appears so often, but you pretty much have to decide right off the gate, whether you going for Melusine or not

oberon is universal while koyanskaya only helps buster farming koyan comes back in 6 month while oberon does not there's just too much misinformation in one video
An Advantage of buster farming is you can do it regardless of the node structure and makes certain units a lot more viable. Better or worse is something for others to decides but I think it's upsides make it at least on par with other forms of looping.
Hoping to get my Koyanchihuahua in a few months. I’ve got enough SQ for a guaranteed roll, and I’ll sink all of it into her banner even if it means I’ll have basically no chance to get Oberon or Melusine.
If you have her at higher NP level, then yes. Tiamom is one of the few servants that can loop with BG, but she can struggle on 90, 90+ and 90++ nodes against knight classes without event damage CEs. Morgan on the other hand, has the berserker class advantage which gives her an edge over Tiamom in being an Omni farmer. Kukulkan is one of the most busted servants, but due to not having class advantage against most enemies we face, she may not be the best if you ignore her crits. The only advantage Morgan has over them is her challenge quest utility, where her primary contender is Kukulkan (turning any invincibility on her into anti-enforcement defence) and in some rare cases Tiamom ( 2k heal in 2 turn cooldown).

For farming double koyanskaya with a swap in oberon giving melusine a black grail is probably the best call then use her battery first 100% if maxed I believe then just the normal buster farm make sure she's in her third assincion tho because she's arts single target otherwise
Either that or you could do a multicore team (2 farmer + double support,ideally 2 koyanskaya). It's the best way for people who might lack some servants (aka Oberon)

I have Arjuna Alter already, and I have a lot of SQ saved up to try and get Koyanskaya and Oberon, but I was curious about something, I like to experiment with my farm set ups, would it be possible to buster loop Koyanskaya herself or Oberon for 3 waves? And on top of that with Oberon's passive, would it be possible to use Merlin to buff people if I have Oberon out?
Koyan could totally loop herself, her issue is just that she's not very strong, like, consistent Buster farming set ups rely on damage mods from the buster servant, AND the two Koyans, AND Oberon so that your numbers are super high, whereas in Koyan's case, she would basically just have to make do with her own buffs, one other Koyan's, and Oberon's. You can garuntee her getting an NP on every turn by using the Other Koyan's skills+50% CE on turn 1, then using another 50% support like Waver, Skadi, or Castoria+Koyan's skill on wave 2, then, use Oberon+Koyan's OC effect, to use NP on Turn 3. Hypothetically you could use Merlin, but you would need an MLB KD Scope/Max 2nd Append+Normal KD scope. But even then, Oberon's passive would,(correct me if I'm wrong) make his buff success rate an 80%, which would just be kinda inconsistent, since your buffs would fail like a fifth of the time. Like I said, the issue would just be damage, her damage wouldn't be as good as compared to like, a proper behemoth like Godjuna, Morgan etc.

Thinking about using 5 or 6 event CEs I went looking for a lower star AoE buster that would work. The only one I could find was Cu caster, 30% charge on a five turn cool down. Avicebron and Spartacus have enough charge but their cool down is too long. Yu Mei Ren has 27% on vampirism, sigh... Did I miss anyone?
That's the downside of buster looping - it's costly most of the time. Just invest grails on Cu Caster. Or use Arash to clear first wave (this isnt viable if event CE has no startint charge tho).

without a 100% battery you can - 30% charge + 20% append + any 50% ce for your first np - double koyan's 50+50 for your second np use your 30% battery skill and swap oberon in (works with 5t cd batteries) for 100% battery servants like arc - use your skills for first np - use koyan for second np arcueid has 7t cool down meaning you need atlas to reduce 2 more turns arc is the most intuitive one, and she doesn't need oberon (tho it'd be great to have one). 30% servants looping might sound complicated first, as long as you know what the skills do you shouldn't have problem remembering every % and ts matter. max all the battery skills including append. There are exceptions like OG Artoria, her 1x oc effect is 20% battery, with her skill it'd be 50, any support that can give 50% min charge should be fine
For most units turn 1 at 70% pop the 30+ battery and buffs then np, turn 2 pop both Koyan light 50% then np, turn 3 pop 30+ battery then order swap Koyan light for Oberon and pop every skill. 30% battery units needs Oberon, but 50% can work with Waver/Reines/Castoria/Skadi. Farming with Black Grail can be done by Cu caster (110% charge), Emiya on 3/3/x nodes base np arts refound, Fairy Knight Lancelot (100% one time and 30% on 6 turn cd), Space Ishtar on 3/x/x nodes due to arts NP refound, Oberon 20% over 5 turns and 50% over 6 turns double Koyanlight and any 50% charger and finally Arcueid (100% on 7 turns but low dmg in 90++ content unless lv 120 2k fou and np5 basically a Whale character). Mordred and Arthuria can also farm with the Rising Mud Rain CE due to NP overcharge.
Morgan is a very strong, versatile and useful servant, but she's not even in top 10 buster farmers unfortunately. Arjuna is much better at it, while her specialty is a bit different. Melusine on the other hand is a brand-new level of power and she's still top 3 to 1 buster farmer even on JP (personally i rate her top 1 and there are multiple reasons for that)
@@perchatka How is Melusine better when she has the saber weakness while Morgan and Arjuna doesnt? Arjuna hits harder and both are required to use Koyan and Oberon
Like anything higher copies are better but if her skills are maxed and you've at least silver fou'd her she should perform well, if you want to be sure then grailing to 100 and gold fou's will help the big thing to remember is that for farming which is 80% of the game she'll be more than enough
Got NP3 Spishtar and im not gonna bother looking at Morgan nor Melusine's banner, will straight up going for Vitch and Mothman and i already got Miss crane for more damage
@@crown4454 Alright. I figured out the issue. She CAN still double S2, but you'd have to use Atlas MC for the extra cooldown reduction since it's 7 Turns. Which means you have to give up Oberon completely, which doesn't matter anyways since she has no other source of Battery to fill the rest of her meter. Melusine just seems better than her since she has a 30% Charge, making her Oberon compatible. Also, if for whatever reason you have Ms. Crane, Melusine gets an indirect buff due to Koyan Light getting a costume, allowing Crane to use her Starbomb to get the 20 Stars for her NP to give extra buffs and tag out to the 2nd Koyan. Arc can't do that, though Morgan can since she, like Mel, has a costume to turn on Crane. Though Morgan doesn't have 6 Slot capability. Zerker Class aside, Mel is seeming like the Grand Buster Farmer.

Tiamat with koyan is not only good for big boy dmg but if for some reason ur doing a boss she can heal like basically every turn

Couldn't you just use a mystic code to make up missing charge? Many ways around charge

Arjuna actualy can do the Buster farming since his buffed S2 gives his 10% NP every turn for 5 turns so IF you have Oberon you can just get it

Out of the two, meta wise you'd probably want to go for koyanskaya morgan. However, you should always roll for who you like the best over meta.

Koyanskaya is not a couple of months away. She’s basically one month and half a week away. Please recheck your scripts my man.
What's the skill usage order? Is it difficult to remember?
without a 100% battery you can
- 30% charge + 20% append + any 50% ce for your first np
- double koyan's 50+50 for your second np
use your 30% battery skill and swap oberon in (works with 5t cd batteries)
for 100% battery servants like arc
- use your skills for first np
- use koyan for second np
arcueid has 7t cool down meaning you need atlas to reduce 2 more turns
arc is the most intuitive one, and she doesn't need oberon (tho it'd be great to have one). 30% servants looping might sound complicated first, as long as you know what the skills do you shouldn't have problem remembering
every % and ts matter. max all the battery skills including append. There are exceptions like OG Artoria, her 1x oc effect is 20% battery, with her skill it'd be 50, any support that can give 50% min charge should be fine
For most units turn 1 at 70% pop the 30+ battery and buffs then np, turn 2 pop both Koyan light 50% then np, turn 3 pop 30+ battery then order swap Koyan light for Oberon and pop every skill. 30% battery units needs Oberon, but 50% can work with Waver/Reines/Castoria/Skadi. Farming with Black Grail can be done by Cu caster (110% charge), Emiya on 3/3/x nodes base np arts refound, Fairy Knight Lancelot (100% one time and 30% on 6 turn cd), Space Ishtar on 3/x/x nodes due to arts NP refound, Oberon 20% over 5 turns and 50% over 6 turns double Koyanlight and any 50% charger and finally Arcueid (100% on 7 turns but low dmg in 90++ content unless lv 120 2k fou and np5 basically a Whale character). Mordred and Arthuria can also farm with the Rising Mud Rain CE due to NP overcharge.
Tldr , do second and third first round, and first skill second round for both yours and friends koyan

Who's better for farming, Morgan or Melusine?
Generally Melusine and by a significant margin.
Morgan is a very strong, versatile and useful servant, but she's not even in top 10 buster farmers unfortunately. Arjuna is much better at it, while her specialty is a bit different.
Melusine on the other hand is a brand-new level of power and she's still top 3 to 1 buster farmer even on JP (personally i rate her top 1 and there are multiple reasons for that)
Morgan is pretty good for 6-slot with her and castoria + looper.

Is space Ishtar np2 good enough for buster farming?
Like anything higher copies are better but if her skills are maxed and you've at least silver fou'd her she should perform well, if you want to be sure then grailing to 100 and gold fou's will help the big thing to remember is that for farming which is 80% of the game she'll be more than enough

Got NP3 Spishtar and im not gonna bother looking at Morgan nor Melusine's banner, will straight up going for Vitch and Mothman and i already got Miss crane for more damage

Alright. I figured out the issue.
She CAN still double S2, but you'd have to use Atlas MC for the extra cooldown reduction since it's 7 Turns. Which means you have to give up Oberon completely, which doesn't matter anyways since she has no other source of Battery to fill the rest of her meter. Melusine just seems better than her since she has a 30% Charge, making her Oberon compatible.
Also, if for whatever reason you have Ms. Crane, Melusine gets an indirect buff due to Koyan Light getting a costume, allowing Crane to use her Starbomb to get the 20 Stars for her NP to give extra buffs and tag out to the 2nd Koyan. Arc can't do that, though Morgan can since she, like Mel, has a costume to turn on Crane. Though Morgan doesn't have 6 Slot capability. Zerker Class aside, Mel is seeming like the Grand Buster Farmer.

@@GS_CCC yeah you do? Morgan at np1 does less than 100k turn 2 while Arjuna is on 200k. As for Arts farming its a different case but at lower np damages you absolutely dont say no to that damage

Np 1, her skills is what matters get her to 10/10/10 unless of course you want to farm using her as dps.
