「Pennsylvania・USA_trout fishing_bait finesse style 2024」
2024年、mountain anglerとしての更なる高みを求め、自我の得意分野を追求する旅録を行っています、先ずは先月3月のニュージーランド南島、新たにリリースされたミノー「BAT A FRY」で縛り、新しい釣り場と新たな感覚、そして日本が開発した渓流ベイトフィネススタイルでの成果を納めてきました。
そして、いよいよ渓流2024年シーズン本格的に始動！！主戦場、「山の釣り」が始まりました。ニュージーランド→カナダに続き→今回はUSA、若かりし頃のスノーボード遠征でも同じ訪問国順、個人的な感覚ではUSAはハードルが上がる、治安的にも。
またペンシルベニア州はmegabass USAの本拠地、撮影会も行って頂けるとのことで、私が愛する渓流ベイトフィネス「日本独自の釣法」を世界へと！配信できることに期待が高ぶります。
対象魚は州魚に指定されているブルックトラウト、そしてブラウントラウト。
この州の面積は日本面積ランキングTOP3の
北海道、岩手県、福島県を足した面積より更に大きく、人口は約1300万人。北緯39°43' - 42°16'＝日本では 北緯39度0分/山形・秋田・岩手・東北エリア付近ですが、低山が連なるアパラチア山脈の一部、州内最高地でも、マウントデイビス979 m程度・・・水温上昇も考え、このシーズン序盤で狙います。もう少し早くても良かったかなぁ・・とも感じる。
唯一の救いはやり易さ的にエリア山の標高の低さ、次の夏まで遠征予定している高山が続くコロラド、ワイオミング、アイダホ、モンタナ州への脚慣らしとしても良い経験！！海外の戦略を練る良い機会！！でした。
「鱒釣旅録」でのチャレンジは単なる魚を多く釣る、単なる大きな鱒を釣る行為・・・それ以上のものがあります。様々なフィールドと向き合い内省する時間、私たちがどれだけ自然と調和して生きているかを再認識する機会、また釣りを通じて、自身の人間としての成長を感じ取っています。
ペンシルベニア州の釣りカルチャー、人間と自然との距離感、関係性、生息する生物、新たな異国の自然界を理解出来たかの自身の答え合わせ、その媒介としての釣果。
全てを経験、体感する事ができました。鱒釣師として更なる大きな成長です。新しい取り組みに常にプレッシャーやリスクは勿論ありますが、安全を最優先に、心豊かな釣行を目指しています。
2024年度シーズン無事に開幕です、今しか出来ない事「チャレンジの年」を継続実行！

Awesome to see you fishing my home state of PA. Hope your experience makes you want to return, countless trout streams to explore here.
In Pennsylvania, of course there is trout fishing, but the hunting culture, the people who enjoy it, the outdoors, the campgrounds, and the close distance to the surrounding cities of New York, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and the surrounding areas are also wonderful. It was a beautiful field. Of course I want to go again.
Great video. You fished in beautiful locations, with lots of native trout. Bait finesse style is the future, i love huntsman rod!!!

Why do you not use FC as Mainline?
This is because I want to cast a small minnow far away by using a very thin line. Furthermore, when I do a twitching action, the line has a very low stretch, so I can control the lure nimbly even in the current of a mountain stream. When it comes to hooking, I always use an FC shock leader.
