  • J.R. Andujar grew up going to church, but he didn’t understand biblical salvation. All he was hearing was that acceptance with God is something that has to be earned; it was something HE had to do. Then he finally heard the truth: though he was a lost sinner, he could be saved by grace, through faith in the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Readings: Eph 2:8-9, Rom 5:6, 8. (Recorded in Barrington Gospel Hall, NJ, USA, 6th Mar 2024)

Grace is nothing more than the supernatual ability to obey the Fathers commands. He gives you the WANT/ DESIRE to obey through His Spirit. We choose to love Him. And He gives us the ability to obey Him. That is Grace!

Thank you for sharing the Gospel with those who can relate to your situation. I was saved at a young age and saw many people take lightly what Jesus did for them. Remaining in sin after making a profession of faith. I knew works were required, I looked to sect's that emphasized works, and found that his grace is sufficient. I work because I am saved, not to be saved.

    Ephesians 2 says:
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,
9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
I know that we have works to accomplish, but they do not save us, nor do they keep us saved, b/c as long as we are in this body of flesh, WE WILL SIN from time to time:
Eccl. 7:20 - Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.
It is by God’s grace that you get “in the gate” as it were. Once there, obey Him, certainly. If you live in some sin / sinful lifestyle, you can COUNT ON IT that God will chastise you! But that does not mean that He will send you to hell for eternity. Eternal life IS SIMPLY THAT: eternal.
