John Moreland has heard enough negative shots at his weight, let's just put out our best wishes that he gets healthy and keeps making great music. Even if he is only known by a few people his words can make a difference to more people than any of those who shame him. I hope the best for him and all those who support him. He is really a beautiful man, if you listen to what he sings, you will see it too, once you drop your judgement on his appearance.

I had the good fortune to see John open for Jason Isbell in London last night. Terrific set. Worth the ticket price alone. Wonderful songwriter. Beautiful singer.
