Im 60 kg and I learnt judo from heavy weights however the other white belts with me were the same size if not slightly bigger and this video explains so much and makes what my sensei said make more sense with what I was taught however I tend to have success with hip tosses lol so its hard to try new things when one thing works but its probably not my best strategy to use
Hey Shintaro. I have a topic for you. Kind of relates to this video and the last one you posted about belts and grading. We recently have a newBlack belt at our club that has a physical disability that stops him form training in a traditional manor and because of this he feels that he didn’t earn his black belt. He is a good partner and is always at the club and has an amazing attitude. I told him that being a black belt is more than just what you can do on the mats. I would love to hear your thoughts and thought it may be helpful for your listeners that might feel the same way. Thanks.
I am a 73kg guy and 5'10 once I started playing a taller style of judo I started to see some success. Happy I made the change during the novice belts.

I'd love to do stand up with Shintaro. You would learn so much and he'd keep you safe. I hope I am like that with the brand new bjj new guys.

Guys, what is Georgian A and B?
Do you know of any good Judoka who is 6'1?
Facts! I have retroverted hips so my legs face out more and I have long femurs so ass to grass would destroy me lol
How about a video on how to handle an uncooperative uke when doing nage komi.
Get a different uke
@@deanobambino2378 sometimes you no choices you're put with a person.
Don't think there is much you can do about an uncooperative uke really is there, just have a word with them maybe 🤔
Teach them a lesson in randori maybe 🤣
Can you clean up the audio in the future and make it louder in the future
😅 "promo sm"
Harai Goshi is a technique for taller people. Hane Goshi is for smaller guys. I like to use Ashi-waza against big and wide guys.
