Sir, unregistered person registered person kita residential propertyla commercial use ku rent ku erundha unregistered person rent +GST pay pannanuma? But landlord ku renting is not main business
No sir Unregistered person need not pay any tax. Since landlord is registered , and that property is used for commercial purpose , landlord should pay tax on rent.
@@ShivaRoopaGaneshsir, how landlord will pay tax for his tenant from his pocket. He will collect rent along with tax from tenant and pay to the gov right?

Per Day it should be more than 7500 sir.
If tariff per day is more than 7500 then 18% can be charged with ITC , else 5% without ITC.

GST to be charged on rent , collected from tenant and the same can be paid to govt.
