In my opinion Patty logic path skin alr looks like a summer skin alr so I just buy the acc (it suits with the lp skin very well) because the s - skin will return eventually and also we have DRV3 and West Lake collab coming up so it's better to save your fragments :3

It is "time limited" not "limited" Which means it will come back in the future but we don't know when exactly.
If you wanna know whether a skin or acc. is limited or no, you can check on the "Limited" Tag, for example like True Proof S skin Barmaid, it has Limited Tag :)
