I bought a gotorch . It came with PlasmaEdge software set. I have a plain screen on me computer with no left icons. What am I missing?

Hi Linda - the GoTorch comes with basic basic everything so in order to get advanced features it must be upgraded. It is a bit of an investment but the goal should be to get to Advanced Design, Advanced Height Control, and Advanced Machine Control. Each level is $998 and the order I would recommend considering them would be in this order: Basic Design, Basic Height, Advanced Design, Advanced Machine Control, Advanced Height Control.

If I have just the regular software that is sent with machine, will the machine cut a series of letters out if they are not connected, like a start stop? Thx Maury Mitchell

Sorry I missed your question, I hope after a year you've made progress but yes - even with the most basic software you can cut letters like that. Let me know how it's going!
