Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

Osman's guilt is eating at him, just as it should. The sad thing is, I feel like if the roles were reversed, Mehmet would have killed Osman as well which is basically a slap in the face to their father and I'm sure it made him roll over in his grave. He would have been so disappointed.

it's the beginning of the end for Dilruba and Halime. Dilruba grew up hating her mother for Safiye, Handan and Ahmed. Halime used her son twice for the Throne. Dilruba forgets that if Ahmed did not kill his brother, it is thanks to Kosem. At least Hurrem and Kosem never wanted other people on the throne as long as Suleyman and Ahmed breathed. And Halime betrayed Kosem more than once while his son is still alive thanks to kosem

All slaves are human at the end of the day. Just as some slaves may be willing in their servitude, many will not. if those slaves see an opportunity for increased wealth or more benefits they will turn on anybody if they can get away with it. This is just basic human nature, if there is nothing holding them back then why bother obeying when they can obtain so much more?
