VLOG: MATTHEW WAS RUSHED TO A&E | EATING AND WORKOUT HABITS

Hello! Welcome back to another vlog. I start this vlog off thinking my life has went back to normal, excited about posting videos again, talking casually about my eating and workout habits but that got thrown out the window when I had to rush Matthew to A&E (Hospital)! His Appendix burst and he had to have emergency surgery. This is why all my videos are slightly behind in time! He recovered well and is back at work now but I thought I would just share this vlog. It is not the best in structure as I was stressed with what we were going through but I hope you enjoy it anyway..? Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Yes, thank you matt feels so much better. He thinks it was jotjeromg him for a whole because he feels and looks loads more healthy than he has on a long time!

He feels ten times better than he has in a long time so that's good, the surgery was obviously much needed.

Thankfully Matthew has recovered well and is on light duties back at work. We are going down to Wales for a long weekend next week so that will be nice ☺️
