I always thought the MV was lowkey a biblical refernce, with the snake in the beginning and them all sitting on only one side of the table. I also assumed Baekhyun betrayed the others, like Judas did, which is why he's part of the capturers and is wearing their uniform in the end. But this makes sense too, the MV is a masterpiece, however you view it.
if talking about exo theory, you'll be familiar with the red forces(the antagonist in whole exo theory) so in this mv is about them fighting or escaping from them. there's more detail on this mv that are related to the theory and other mvs, if you wanna checkout there are many fan theories digging each exo's mv and how they are related in the timeline😉

You should really check out the exo concept analysis video that connects all their music videos and points out even small details. For example in this mv actually Baekhyun is working undercover with the enemy (the red force) which is why he is the only one who isn't injured and captured. At the end of the video Baekhyun turns off the security cameras and frees them. He is also undercover in the power mv where he is the only member who didn't lose his powers bc he was undercover so he helps defeat the evil robot thing that stole the other members powers'.
