(Somehow I forgot Ham Sandwich and Shofu til now). Interesting thought experiment, as all I could think of were people I found from Rustage, or from people I found through Rustage. It's so impressive how much control Zach has over his voice. It feels like he's singing while he's rapping if that makes sense lol
Modern Rap is more melodic I think, I dont listen much to it but I take DPS as a reference as well as Dizzyeight and whatnot, so Zach is definetly old school in that sense but has a natural distintion that makes him great and its still the greatest instrument in any sort of singing or rapping genre of music so yeah, his voice is that good.

when i think of nerdcore i mostly only listen to anime raps, so the ones i like (not in order besides DPS) would be Daddyphatsnaps, shwabidi, gameboy jones, breeton boi, dizzy eight, Fabvl, conner quest, peso pete, cam steady, ham sandwich and some more. Used to love rustage but in my opinion his music isnt what it used to be and doesnt match my taste much now.

His voice never misses for sure, I dont think anyone that reacts to his songs complain much about his voice or any sort of complain. I am a portuguese master's student in Sociology at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities (FLUP) under the guidance of professor Paula Guerra and I want to study nerdcore scenes on youtube. With this exercise, I am collecting names so that I can see how the scene looks (symbolically), in an exploratory phase, with the help of the fandom and the communities. I think this is a quick sum of my informed consent. But I can send it to you entirely so that you can read everything that I am trying to accomplish. (The reason I am not doing it already it's because I think my comment gets erased, probably because it's considered spam.)
(I also want to make a note that the collection of this data will be purely academic and that anonymity will be guaranteed, my intention is to look at this data in a grouping logic of all participants and not refer to each respondent their personal choices.)

Zack I feel is under the radar for sure, I dont think anyone denies this guy is very good, in terms or rapping, lyrics and even just his voice, makes him a heavy weight when it comes to what he does. I think maybe if Zach had the ammount of like uploads as like most of the most mentioned names out there, he would be more recognized I think. Like Ty Wild, he is a good rapper but he doesn't upload as much.
