They are having their Japanese debut in November with a Japanese single called Cowboy, and I believe a repackage of 4 Walls will be coming with it but they aren't getting a full comeback this year
I believe they already debuted in Japan with hot summer and they will be releasing 4walls Japanese version alongside cowboy as a single which makes it their 2nd attempte in the Japanese market.

Definitely, with kpop idols they tend to do a lot of dancing which naturally keeps them in shape. Although I think it might be for something more short term like a photoshoot cause you need a lot of food and stamina for a tour.
