Bryan is amazing and I think we deserve more people like this. After reading book called "The 23 Former Doctor Truths" I found myself in rabbit holes of industry lies. No wonder why Doctors leave their carrers.
I finished that book 2 weeks ago and I can say that is amazing book. Would also recommend it. She helped me with so many of new health routines and it was actually interesting to read what she revealed about Industry and how they manipulate society.
The way Bryan speaks it radiates how much more a student he is than thinking himself as an achiever. The way he speaks it clearly shows he is ready to adapt and learn anytime and anywhere. ❤

And do atleast stretching exercises every day for good bones and muscles.

grt interview. bryan you look insane and every year you progress above and beyond. i had the good fortune of meeting an incredible women in the 70s who taught me about health, non toxic products and foods, eating clean, micro doses of sunlight,. because of this protocol i look 20 years younger, my physical fitness is better than most 30 year olds. my brain functioning, clarity and focus is better then most 20 year olds. I love this lifestyle cuz i'm in peak condition, no illnesses, no glasses, no medication. its taken persistence, discipline and dedication but the results are inspiring. this was my souls calling cuz i feel passion, gratitude and timeless!!

Dude…my grandpa born in 1950’s used to do that! Strictly avoiding sun in the afternoon, carrying an umbrella if not UV block one, covering the whole body to not be exposed to sunlight, but he was particular about sun salutations in the mrng!
