Hey guys, Lately on my climb in Magic Chess I have been running into a lot of mage elementalist desert users. Mage ele desert destroys my usual dragon altar comp in the early game so I have been looking for a new build that can beat them in the early and late as well. I knew I would need Monastery of Light to beat these teams so I decided to use assassin fighter using Alucard and Natalia from Monastery synergy. The reason this did so well into these mage teams is because not only did I have the magic defense but my units were able to regen their hp from the Weapon master synergy while the mages were gaining mana in between spells. I wanted to thank everyone for their support after hitting rank 1 global today. I was really excited about it and happy that many of you guys were cheering me on. great synergy dude, but can you make assasin combo which can counter the Marksman + Northern Vale (Freya use MM crystal). Because that combo can counter assasin synergy even with 6 or more assasin. Thanks for the video by the way.
I used the altar dragon strategy that you used, and I have reach mythic now, I added the lineup you used, 6 altar dragon, 2 targeman, 2 abyss, 2 monastery of light, when I got 1 crystal altar dragon

Hi, it is random, at the start you will go against everyone at least once before fighting the same person again so technically after the first 5 or so you can guess who you will go against next. You can't vrs the same person twice in a row (their mirror counts as a different person though)

I would avoid playing any thing with 6 wrestler right now for sure! Most other synergies are playable in most situations, but wrestler I think is the worst synergy right now. It needed to be combined with another 6/6 to be useful.

@@christianalmojano35 Dragon Altar can do very well against that synergy. You might burst some of their units but then the rest will have half hp shields and take out the elfs.
How to counter weapon master synergy? I found it hard to take them down since they have good sustain. What would be the best synergy to counter? Btw, thank u for giving us best tips to rank up in magic chess! Started a week ago and I'm almost epic already :D
for me i just use 6 mage ,6western dessert, 4elementalist ,2blood demon, 2empire to counter .sometimes also hard but u need keep changing position .so far i use this lineup can win against that
Hi the best way to counter weapon master synergy is to get anti life steal items. I like to get necklace of duran, put it on an aoe mage and it hurts the weapon masters sustain a lot. MM also is good into fighter because they will 2-3 crit them and they don't have a chance to heal.
I use weapon synergy alot. 6/6 plus Commander Eva's lvl 2 "powerup". Auto win late game. Based on my experience, i lose into Abyss synergy opponents, with Guardian synergy.
U can beat them with 6 mm synergy 6 synergy mm is pure weapon master counter If u want to counter them with item u can use necklane of durance or sea halberd

Some synergies are very easy to change, for example dragon altar you can change throughout the game easily, against mage at the end? add in alu, natalia. if against assassin make sure you have tigreal in Some synergies like mage desert you can't really adapt because the units you have are the units you will need. The way you adapt with these synergies is to adapt with your items. Against fighter? then make sure you grab necklace of duran. Stuff like this. You can still change mage slightly during the game, instead of going traditional mage desert you could go mage northern vale into teams where you need to burst them quick, i sometimes do this against d altar teams.

On 12:16 u see ur enemy formation, and u have to prepare ur formation. then u truly fight that enemy, how can u know ur next enemy?

It should be xilong instead of argus then take ling as one of assassins and then add wanwan for extra synergy which is dragon altar

I climbed to mythic using your altar synergy but now it always lost, then I used this synergy and I won :D still can't beat freya lvl 3 tho

Do you plan ahead the synergies you'll make? or you just react on the synergies of your opponents ?
I usually start with a build based on shop, then I will change or adapt my build based on opponents.

I usually go for weapon master synergy as it defeats anyone late game specially if its 6/6. Based from my experience, Abyss synergy can counter it.
