Is this April 1st?!? I think I just saw Chef Zee make a locrio without olives!! 🤣 I will never forget it was Chef Zee who introduced me to Dominican locrios, now they are a staple at our house and this smoked pork chop version is one I just have to try!!

i remember when i first visited DR i was muslim....but after being around the spanish culture and way of living i now find myself eating pork any chance i get lol...my god after being immersed in spanish culture im like them now and cant live without that good ass pork lmaooo....Caliente'

That looks so good. Would smoke rub applied to the chuletas prior to browning also work if I can't get them already smoked at the super market?
