Babies will eat what you want them to if you expose them to all types of food at an early age. If you start them with mac & cheese and chicken nuggets, that’s all they’re going to want. Those foods are very bland. That’s why babies in Asian countries will eat things like kimchi & curry lol because they were exposed to it.
This is how it was when my twins were younger I started them at a very young age with fruits and vegetables. Now they want them over junk food. I consider that winning especially that they are 13 now lol😂
This wonderful little girl has such appreciation for her food, she really relishes what she eats. The pleasure she gets from her food is evident and its fantastic to see how she treats every bit wih care. Her diet is doing wonders because she literally radiates health and happiness.

Nope that's false I trained my first borned and let mi tell you something that kid didn't eat bread for 7 years she doesn't eat anything that has to do with fish she's very picky
@@toritime943 I was a particular mom about food though. I steamed vegetables, fruit, different grains all that and would blend it and make my own food pouches like you see at the store. Then I would do it with fishes and chicken and all that. Stuff I knew he would look at weird I blended it up and kinda mixed it with something good so it tasted better for them. I have friends that cook completely different meals for their children. I was just lucky to have children who ate anything and everything healthy, but probably because I wouldn’t get them all that other stuff 🤪
This baby is the best eater I've ever seen I mean I love it I absolutely love it she is a doll and she gets down don't play with her food and she loves beans refried

I had a big appetite growing up and I was predicted to be 5’7 ish because both of my parents were before they shrunk from age but I stopped growing when I was 14 and I’m 5’2 😂 she’s so cute and I bet mom is so happy she clears her plate often !!

If she starts snacking and eating processessed foods then we have a problem. Her mom is laying the foundation for her to eat healthily all her life. @@wiinidiaz healthy eating is good habit ideal but overeating is not. Babies of this age usually dont have idea how much they are eating they just eat. Parents ignorantly overfeed them. You have to eat right calories not over not under the recommendation. This kid need just 1000 calories
