@@JCW187yeah depending on what 360 motherboard you got - the target temperature is about 80C So when the console gets above 80 it starts increasing fan speed. If it hits over 100C you get 2 red lights. Basically if the fan gets super loud without even gaming it’s definitely not cooling right (thermal paste has become ineffective) Best of luck hope you can fix your Xbox and prolong its lifespan
