i loved Halo 2 aswell (love the Lock-Out map), but Halo 1 was a more skilled game (and the the 2v2 games were like chess games). Halo 3 was best 4v4 game.
@iLex97 i think most players who played both would agree with me on this m8. Halo 1 is much harder to learn (whole spawn systeem, power wapons play (rocket, OS and Cammo and the crazy amount of nades tricks). Whats real hard to learn in Halo 2 according to you (double shot, BxR and some wall jumps)? Please convince me! Atm im not.

The spawns are god awful, the pistol is terribly inconsistent no matter how good you are with it, the maps were trash, sliding around, you name it. Halo 2 was just a more complete game. It was optimized and made logical sense where as H1 was just a cluster fuck. Sure you can learn H1 and make it less clusterfucky but its just a bad system overall it's not worth bothering.
why are the game sounds different? throwing nades, shooting the pistol, changing weapons, etc. they all 100% sound different from the original. But, i recently picked up MCC and they don't sound like this now. they must've patched something?
You talking about the weird circles? There was a old glitch with aiming in H1 and I think H2 where doing that fixed it not sure if the glitch exists on MCC but old halo players pretty much have that ingrained in them to do it. Old habits die hard
@@charlief. yep. if i remember right the reticule would slightly lose its position on the screen not enough to really notice but enough that your shots would be off by a lot depending on distance to the target doing the circles would somehow fix it
343 decides that spawning in with ar out is valid, hilarious. I played on servers back in custom edition days that had you only with the pistol. Also playing from Oceania and leading shots was a bitch but got used to it kinda

you can change sound in the settings (modern or classic sound). Test it.
