I've been looking for trailers like this for ages! These builds are super well done, they really feel like they belong in moonwood mill. Can't wait to use them in my game

Its a long one 😅 I don’t have the For Rent pack yet, but the trailer park would be great for renting out. I want to get the pack soon but I’ve heard it’s still really buggy.
@@CozyManda I have seen people talking about it, but I don’t even play the Sims so I have no input on how buggy the expac is. I cannot wait to see the finished homes! I think they would be super fun for renting out and I found your designs to be really down to earth and based in reality. Thank you again and I look forward to the new video!!
The build looks good but the title says realistic. If this is supposed to be real life realistic it’s not if it’s what you think they look like that’s a different story. Could you do another one please because parks do have paved roads and drive ways. The windows aren’t cheap but the way.

I’ve seen some that even have community pools and are entirely made of modern doublewides that cost as much as some traditional single family homes 😅😅 I based this build on my personal experiences going to different parks and continually kept in mind that I wanted it to be a middle ground of nice and run down. This build in particular looks a lot like the one my grandma lived in 🫶 I didn’t honestly pay attention to the in game price of the windows, I was looking for “cheap” in terms of basic window design. I hope to do some builds soon that stay within certain budgets! Hope that helps clarify some of my thought process 😊
The trailer park I've just made is realistic in a different way. It's in the desert, under a billboard, and the residents are quite...sketchy. lol...screaming babies, moldy laundry room...criminal tenants. Fun, but.... This one here is much more where I'd like to live. ❤
