Gerry Tully - It's All About The bass, the bass, the bass, the double!

I wanted to try fixing this double bass for a friend. The Bridge was too high making it hard to play. I lowered it using simple tools and my eye. It turned out great. The small areas where paper fitted under the bridge could only have been avoided if I installed a new bridge. But the owner, an excellent musician has been playing it happily and bringing his skill to many bands around Ireland.
