Me and all the gals. Just finished the 5 week summer challenge with my wife together as we keeped each other accountable. It was every day bar one day when the wife was sick. I'm a very Head strong individual however I discovered so much about my self and my wife. I didn't have a clue I was in freeze response at times. I literally didn't have any tools. Excited moving forward as I'm a dad now to my inner child. ❤
