  • Christian vloggers Sam and Nia Rader chose to restore their marriage after facing infidelity. They're featured in Netflix's latest documentary series, "Ashley Madison: Sex, Lies & Scandal," which follows the 2015 data breach incident of a popular dating website. "You don't have to divorce your husband just because he cheats on you. Redemption is real, and it's an option," Nia said beside her husband Sam, during an appearance on NewsNation's "Banfield." "We have a better marriage now than ever could have imagined. There's so much depth to it, and I really want other women to see that."

    Forgiveness is not reconciliation. You can forgive and not reconcile. Jesus gives reasons to divorce. His desire is repentance, not marriage. If you choose to stay together, that's your choice. God's full redemption exists either way.

Theres this need to have this conservative relationship image for the world to aspire to be. This wasn’t just one incident of infidelity, this was years. Sexual behaviors of serial cheating cannot be reversed but can only be contained by suppressing or finding other outlets. I’m sure masturbation is a big part of his daily routine now. Now they want to clear their image and redeem themselves so they can get new subscribers and gather millions of views like they once used too and embarrass their children. This will backfire. 😂

Should we all just line up to pat him on the back? Also, you seem to be with the forgive and you’ll be forgiven crowd, or those without sin cast the first stone kind of people. God didn't make the mistake you did. And your the one that's got to look at your partner in the face! God already knows what her face looks like. Men are looking at to many excuses of why they cheat. They cheat because they want to and because they can!

    I love how shocked Ashleigh Banfield is that they’re still together. I haven’t seen the documentary but I know God does work in mysterious ways. God sent me to a specific Catholic church one Sunday morning, where I ended up seated right next to my then, fiancé’s, 7 year old daughter that I knew nothing about, I only saw a picture of her a few days prior. He said he wasn’t the father but she looked just like him, no paternity test needed. I knew then there was a bigger purpose that day, I invited the mom & daughter for brunch after the service. We talked & decided we would make sure the father is going to start being her father. It was a bit awkward at first but we made it work. Years later, I heard he walked his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day 💐! That’s how God works through us, with us & for us! I shared that story for a reason & this is the first time sharing it publicly. I have faith in you two, redo your vows to each other!

      @PolitiCatPodcast 22 дня назад +1

      I’m confused. You were sitting beside your fiancés daughter but you knew nothing about her? You were engaged to someone before you met the kid? How did that conversation even strike up at Church? So many questions about your story or maybe just how I’m reading it? Then, you didn’t get married after all as you only heard he walked her down the aisle?

    • @drandom6848
      @drandom6848 22 дня назад +1

      @@PolitiCatPodcast That was my attempt of trying to shorten the story to share how God works through others. I was confused too. But yes, we were engaged for several years before that, we even owned a house together. He supposedly didn’t know about her until the picture was given to him. I was a few minutes late for church so I just sat at the first open seat. Then I glanced to my left & saw his daughter sitting there, her mom was on the other side of her. The mom seemed to know who I was. I thought about changing to another seat but decided to stay. It was somewhere between the “peace be with you” & after the service I spoke to the mom. It was obvious a much longer conversation was needed, so we went for brunch. He & I never married but it wasn’t because of the daughter. We have been having problems with our relationship before then. Me & one of his cousins remained friends, that’s how I knew about the wedding.
