Because it is an old video the one you thought it was nit real it is a notegeld (emegercy money ) from 15 August 1923 it is real it is printed in watermarked paper (very common for that era and used also in stamps,stamps also have watermarks) this was printed and circulated in Dusseldorf nice find that is a little rare goes for 10 euros in UNC in that condition propably 6 or 7

Oh by the way that 1954 drachma i also have bought it for 38 euros witch is very good price even in low grades this worth it the whole set is very expensive (many sell these here in low grade for 35 to 40 euros it is though a little overprice this in low grade is valued 20 and damaged 10 so even damaged this keeps some value)

I have sold many of them very cheap in the past because I didn't knew their value. :/
