I memorize but forget the memorizing things very quickly... And I feel my brain is empty before exams.. But my exam output is not bad Alhamdulillah.. Bt feeling always nervous..
@@mohiburrahman3480 Sounds like you need to use spaced repetition to help improve your knowledge retention. In other words, revising what you revised after a day or two to keep it in your mind. Are you familiar with this concept?

you're describing a mindset issue, which can be tough to solve. It requires self-respect and self-belief. It helps to distance yourself from the negative people and spend more time with positive people. Make dua after salah. You CAN do well, you CAN succeed - you need to tell yourself this over and over and believe it. And then it's about studying the material. Hope that helps.
Doc, I am struggling with learning new things. It's extremely difficult for me to retain the topic for next day test. I mix things up, write one topic under an other topic. May be because of high stress level. The workload is unmanagable at times, i face problems in comprehending what reading intend to say. Please suggest something to enhance memory and brain power. Any technique, Dua or anything.
Salaam alaykum brother. Your issues could be due to many things. Do you study the material regularly? Do you get enough sleep? Do you focus on school? What’s your diet like, do you eat any fruits/veg? Almonds? (Known to enhance memory) There are many techniques to study but I suspect your issue is more related to your physical and/or mental health.
@raiseyourdeen Walaikum Salam, Doc the issue is workload is too much. If I have to prepare a 100-150 pages to study in 1 day and give test 1 or 2 days later, its extremely difficult. Sleep duration is not ideal (4-5 hours max only few extra hours on weekend) because of the rigour of the program I'm in. You need to work constantly to survive in the program that compromises many things. I do try to eat healthy and eat nuts. I believe stress level is messing things up. How can I keep my mind calm during high stress environment?
