My God this message blessed my soul. I have been reeling since my divorce last year. I felt the rejection cut through me like a knife. I felt the loneliness come down on me hard. God saved my life I felt so lost when my husband left me for another woman. Thank you ladies a thousand times for being so transparent and real.
Same exact thing happened to me just 5 months ago. We had been married for 41 YEARS, and he just threw me away like trash. I am totally devastated and shattered, but I'm praying that God will get me through this. 😥💔🙏🙏
My Christian husband of 27 years has left me for women (plural). He has 5 women that he's confessed to cheating with over the past 5 years. He wants to be single again. I'm devastated for myself and our beautiful daughter. To say that I'm feeling rejection and loneliness is an understatement. I never imagined that I would be a divorced woman. There's people who God will send your way, either in person or online too, if you let Him. ❤️🙏
I totally can relate to her feeling of rejection. My father abandoned me at the age of seven, and my mother abandoned me at the age of fourteen. It is really hard emotionally to be rejected by your main caregivers. It makes you feel like you are on a ship by yourself, but the only thing that gave me comfort and joy from this was Psalms 27:10 that reads, When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Now there is a good rejection, and there is a bad rejection. If you are rejected because you are good, rejoice, but if you are rejected because you are evil, mourn. Amen.
Thank you for that verse. I’ve read it so many times, but never related it to myself and my parents. The one thing I do know, God wanted to step in and raise me. And when I allow Him, His love, teaching and training are above any we can get here from anyone on earth, I’m grateful I wasn’t the fave of either of my parents. I benefitted from it, even though as a kid and teen it didn’t feel like it ❤

This comment reminds me of relatives who assumed the same of me as a parent --who lived miles away and never spoke with me but jumped all over the chance to make assumptions and accusations about my decisions and parenting. People suffer greatly without your awareness. Walk gently unless to find yourself walking all over someone you should be caring about vs. reflecting.
I've been hurt by people in the church. I've done some things and I've repented, but I've been ostracized and my kids have been ostracized. I am really struggling with rejection.
Stop trying. Receive, instead. Believers are in a time of rest. Receive God’s love (from the scriptures, from other people, a song, etc.). I cried continuously for 4-5 months. Still cry every day but it gets less and less. The Lord has done a work in me during that time and continues to do so. When I am weak, then am I made strong. Suffering is for a moment, temporal. A light affliction. Not to be compared to the weight of glory to come. Believe God’s Word over and above your situation. Paul gloried in his infirmities. I glory in my infirmities.

I have been estranged by my adult children, 32, 31. It hurts to the core, to my very soul. I agree, I think you are right, rejection is worse than death possibly.
I'll pray, I have 2 adult children that have alienated themselves from their dad for many reasons. beyond repair now it's too far back! I did things and taught my 2 boys how to do things their father should've done, He was too sick in the head so to speak severe depression self-medicated w/ alcohol, stayed in dark garesus
For me personally, my mother was very abusive to me. She was unwilling to see it and repent. The ways she’s damaged me are unmeasurable. She was a different person in public than she is in our home. Narcissistic behavior was the norm in my childhood. I finally had to walk away for my sanity. Sometimes, the father is abusive to the mother and the children leave when they can to escape it all. I’m not saying this is your story. There’s always a reason. We don’t always know what it is.
I am here 1 year later and this has given me courage and confidence to kick out those emotions residing in my mind rent free. I kick out the feeling of rejection, I kick out the feeling of condemnation, I kick out the feeling of guilt and shame in Jesus name! God is good. God is good to me❤

This message was what I needed, I have experienced rejection of my siblings, some of my relatives, my ex (which took me 3 years to get over). It's hard and it hurts but praise God that I was able to get through those dark times. I always felt something was wrong especially with our generation, things that felt wrong ,wrong environments but taken as pleasure and normal. I fell into some of these temptations though luckily saved by God. When I tried by myself I fell more till I found the message of Grace in phaneroo and real salvation. There are so many children with dads, who doesn't try to see them, or show interest in any way. That is an awful rejection for many, and people need to know about their Heavenly Father who loves them so much.
It was hard things that started to happen to me, somewhat when younger but more around the age of 26 when my dad passed, a couple months later I became a single mom and many other things since then, but even though I've made many mistakes, I've development a deep relationship with God. At kind of a hard time again now, but I know He is here. I've closed walls due to feelings of abandonment but I've also been pushy and tried to demand love in a way. Husband, age 65, almost died from stroke in 2020. I do 24/7 care and for the first year we had a schedule of Christian friends visiting him, which helped me be able to get out of the house. 2021 , IN MY HOME, the head of the Christian group (not church) came to our home and said people couldn't handle me crying and struggling so we were asked to not come to meetings anymore. Also blocked on all social media. I probably had a breakdown. What is so sad is I get more support from our Jewish PCA than the Christians! I have one friend and husband has one friend. How do I deal with being rejected TO MY FACE when I'm begging for help? Something is very wrong. And yes, I am aware that I need to forgive them.
Amy, this is more frequent in the Christian Community than one would think. There is a real reason why God says He will judge His ppl first. You are precious in God's sight...work on forgiving them and embrace a loving healthy Christian community ❤️

There is lots of rejection, hard feelings, and very little godly love among people who love and follow the Lord.

I've been shocked by people who seemed to like me and then dropped info I never expected. It's very hard not to be angry that not only was I rejected but I wasn't emotionally attuned enough to expect or know about it. It's like being slapped

I’ve been feeling so rejected at my workplace. It’s been so hard on my mind and I realize that it’s from neglect from my parents as a child. Although I’ve found healing in it, it still tries to come back. Hearing Lisa tell her testimony helps my heart hope in God.

This message was what I needed, I have experienced rejection of my siblings, some of my relatives, my ex (which took me 3 years to get over). It's hard and it hurts but praise God that I was able to get through those dark times. I take it as God protecting me from the toxicity of my family and protecting me from the person my ex became after our breakup.

I always felt something was wrong especially with our generation, things that felt wrong ,wrong environments but taken as pleasure and normal. I fell into some of these temptations though luckily saved by God. When I tried by myself I fell more till I found the message of Grace in phaneroo and real salvation. We can only transform this generation by consecrating our alters and taking our salvation seriously. Helping those fallen in love .Thank you Papa, you are the real voice we need in our generation 🙏

It was hard things that started to happen to me, somewhat when younger but more around the age of 26 when my dad passed, a couple months later I became a single mom and many other things since then, but even though I've made many mistakes, I've development a deep relationship with God. At kind of a hard time again now, but I know He is here. I've closed walls due to feelings of abandonment but I've also been pushy and tried to demand love in a way. Thank you so much for this broadcast. ❤️

Husband, age 65, almost died from stroke in 2020. I do 24/7 care and for the first year we had a schedule of Christian friends visiting him, which helped me be able to get out of the house. 2021 , IN MY HOME, the head of the Christian group (not church) came to our home and said people couldn't handle me crying and struggling so we were asked to not come to meetings anymore. Also blocked on all social media. I probably had a breakdown. What is so sad is I get more support from our Jewish PCA than the Christians! I have one friend and husband has one friend. How do I deal with being rejected TO MY FACE when I'm begging for help? Something is very wrong. And yes, I am aware that I need to forgive them.
Amy, this is more frequent in the Christian Community than one would think. There is a real reason why God says He will judge His ppl first. You are precious in God's sight...work on forgiving them and embrace a loving healthy Christian community ❤️

I had a lot rejection with the bad n good ones in times of pain trials difficulties n even whom i trust the most in them though they helped me in every possible way but still i cannot overcome fully though somehow recovering for the past 8 years on so on... You should address the topic of ghosting in the congregations. Faithful, loving Christians stop contacting you, talking to you, and considering you brethen in the faith if you switch places. There is lots of rejection, hard feelings, and very little godly love among people who love and follow the Lord.
