Thank you so much for this video, it´s very instructive. But watching your different videos makes choosing a digital piano not easier, haha. Everytime I get so enthousiastic in the instrument you´re demonstrating, they all sound amazing.
I’m watching your videos for quite a time now and your my absolut favourite for piano tests. Since a few months I’m searching for a new digital piano and your reviews are giving me the needed informations i want. Thank you very much and please continue your very good job done here :)
You play so beautifully. Amazing that these pianos make accessible to the enthusiast the beautiful sounds of pianos that are out of reach for most people. Looking for a good US stockiest.
The keys are heavier than 745. If you can adapt to or like the grandtouch keys, this is well worth considering inspite of the significantly higher price.
Thank you very much for the excellent review! Could you measure the touchweight of the 775 and 745? Would very much like to know the weight and the difference between the two. Thanks!
Interested in this comparison as well. Can't really see the difference, besides a little more speaker power and the sensitive control pannel. But price difference is huge... Why would you choose the 775 over the 675?
The specs sheet says that there is no counterweight on the CLP775, unlike the CLP785 and the Kawai CA79. Would that be a reason to consider the Kawai CA79 instead for approximately the same price? It's awesome that you sell both Kawai and Yamaha!
Definetly don't get clp685, ca79 is better than that and clp775, action is closer to a grand, not sure about clp785 as its not released until October, don't think they have received them yet.
I was dead set on Kawai as a brand, just about to order a CA79, but I keep coming back to Yamaha demo videos and I have to admit I think I prefer the sound. Just feels richer. The Bosendorfer in particular... just gorgeous. Guess I need to rethink everything now. 😬
I ordered a CLP 775 too. I still have a few weeks to wait. Watching this video is what made me decide on the 775. Hope yours arrived and that you're enjoying it!
@@jojogger1238 Mine is here. I uploaded a Video with a composition from me. If you wann you can watch it or folliw me. I will download new Videos from time to time. It is a very nice piano and IBM happy to have it. Sorry for my bad english, I m frim gernany
@@jojogger1238 How's your experience so far? Is it normal the keys don't go all the way low unless you apply a slighter stronger force with the fingers?

Sounds very clear compared to my old Yamaha YDP-323. Whenever you played the piano, was it recorded using external microphones or through the line outputs of the piano?
I ordered a Roland FP90X a few months ago, and it hasn't arrived yet. In the meantime, I was comparing it on YT with some Yamaha digital pianos. I have to say, that I kind of like the sound of the Yamaha Pianos more. Would you recommend the Yamaha over the FP90X?
@@verymozart I own the CLP-775 and an acoustic piano, I compared both actions and they are identical. But the CLP-775's keys are harder to press, which is a good because your fingers get more exercise.
Are you planning to compare 775/785 as well? If you do, could you please describe more about the key actions between two models? Thanks 🥰

Nice.
I would like to hear the Speaker System comparison 775/785 !
You play so beautifully. Amazing that these pianos make accessible to the enthusiast the beautiful sounds of pianos that are out of reach for most people. Looking for a good US stockiest.
First, sounds good, it seems to sound more crisp than previous models, and more overtones in the mid and higher notes
You said that the keyboard action is a bit lighter than the previous, that gives me hope, thank you
he's probably lying
would love to see a comparison between the clp 775 and clp 785!
That's a really excellent comprehensive demonstration. Congrat's!
Can you please show us or reply with the key weight in grams needed to depress the lowest note, highest note and middle D?
Awesome video. Thank you for the great info. Learned a lot.
The CFX concert grand sample sounds great. It's sounds like a VST.

Great video, great piano. Thanks! Can you make video CLP 675 vs 775?

Compared to Kawai CA701?
It seems that the type and dryness of the clutches are not good, even touch the lower model clavicles seems to me to be better.
Good day! Help me please: whats the original name of composition, begining on 7:57?Thanks in advans!
what's the name of piece/song at 8:00 (with bosendorfer piano sound) ?
Thanks
Sounds similar to "Truman Sleeps" by Philip Glass
“Tonight” by Elton John. One of my all time favorites.
will the clp 735 will sound the same like this one (with headphones)?

i'm in same dilemma whether we should buy CA79/CLP685 let me know if you can suggest me anything

I didn't like the piano sound on the ca79, however because of the keyboard action on the clp775, would you recommend the clp745 over the 775?

You are an excellent piano player...
Can it play a reference drone/sustained pitch to help in violin playing?

Hi Tony, Why didnt you answer to the question ? My opinio is that the sound is recorded from USB device. Am I wrong ?

I ordered one! 🤗🤗🤗
Do you know how long it takes to deliver?
I've ordered in September and am still waiting. Yamaha has to catch up on orders since they lowered production due to covid.
@@CptShelby this waiting kills me 😪
very good
Is the sound of the keys too loud? I hate the "toc toc toc" of digital pianos.
No, the keys are identical to an acoustic piano.

The black keys don't need to be wooden; there's no point, it only matters for the white keys.
@verymozart Yes, they are for practising professionally and I do play classical music.
@verymozart The CLP-775 has counterweights as well
