IN THIS CASE.
Not only BODY but TIP of Mitral Valve is also prolapsing in to LA,
so,it is MITRAL VALVE PROLAPES WITH FLAIL AML..
in this case tip of AML is thick ,it could be infective vagetation.

is antibiotics necessary for patient with MVP? I checked guideline by ESC which stated that patient with prothetic valve, previous epsiode of IE, cyanotic congenital heart disease or whom received surgery within half year need prophylaxis

I have Mitral Valve Prolapse too but I am going to have another of these tests done because I feel like my condition have just gotten worse (Just lowered the dosage of beta blockers so that's probably why I am experiencing more problems)
I just want surgery but my cardiologist doesn't think so:'/ So hopefully this test will give him reasons to under go surgery because I am literally housebound, he doesn't think I need surgery because well I am 18 and it is unlikely that my condition is worse, he just doesn't believe in what I say and the symptoms I get, it causes me a lot of stress and worry so why can't he just operate on me to stop this condition from being more symptomatic and stop it from getting worse. I feel like I cannot even exercise. I feel like I have Mitral Valve Regurgitation and probably needs repairing. ;'/
