    Thank you that you took the time, to make this video.
    It is educational in its core(especially the end ), which is what matters the most.
    And it is done with grace.
    That said, I do disagree with some of your points, so don't misunderstand me dear colleague.
    That is, about your assessment of pulmonary artery pressure and the assessment of the stenosis in aortic valve.
    Also characterizing regurgitation severity by color doppler or CW doppler alone , may be convenient at times(a sin I often commit), but it can be misleading in ambivalent cases.
    .
    P.S. His BP was 70/60mmHg on admission? Was he in shock? If so why only P=80/min? and R 18/min?

    Very good work, I like your method. Only a bit divergence in some values. You should to revise the THP in Aortic Regurgitation. Actually if THP < 200 ms severe, 200 to 500 moderate > 500 ms mild so in this case, in my opinion, there is double lession in Aortic valve, stenosis moderate mean gradient lower than 40 mmHg, regurgitation moderate too because THP is about 300ms.
