I feel that Moffat wrote the best representation of the TARDIS and The Doctor during Matt Smith’s 11th Doctor’s era. It felt more than a ship, but a home and a living being.
I agree with that. You felt like the Doctor and the TARDIS were more a duo, bonding to each other like partners, true companions, rather than a captain and his ship.
I definitely thank Moffat.for hammering it home that the TARDIS is more than just a veasel who can go anywhere in time and space. TARDIS is definitely a companion through and through, being the intuition the Doctor needs sometimes. Dare I say... The TARDIS is one of my favorite characters of all time, not just in Who.
Of course the Tardis is alive and very sassy with all those beeps and sounds when The Doctor tries to go somewhere. But she takes him where he needs to help.
I keep seeing Moffat being thanked but so you all know. It wasn't Moffat who wrote The Doctor's Wife, but Neil Gaiman. AKA Good Omens and Coraline creator.

So the 9th doctor has Audio dramas being done and they're lovely. However, since he both began and ended his life with Rose its hard to place where exactly they take place in the 9th doctor's timeline. The best place I can think of it all happening is when he takes off at 22:43 and then ALL his audio stuff happens, unless theres some stuff done with Rose in audio, then he comes back at 23:15 after it all cuz he finally wants a companion and remembers Rose and that he never told her it travels in time as well.
Well he is seen to be newly regenerated in Rose but really he could've been travelling for a while before then, he just didn't see his face because he refused to look in a mirror. So he could travel inbetween then but before too.
@@joedelingus5652 true, but Ive listened to a few of them and I'm pretty sure he's made mention of his appearance in them. Plus I can't imagine the doctor not checking himself out post regeneration.. he does pretty much every time

I used to make Doctor Who fan vids... one of the most viewed was called "Bigger on the inside", so - you can guess its content - nearly every time someone utters those words, plus a bunch of other TARDIS reactions, spliced together into a fast paced 4.30min video. This video just seems incredibly lazy, BBC. "The Doctor and the TARDIS" ! What an amazing title, and what visions it evokes from almost 60 years of amazing adventures. And what do we get? 24 minutes of content, consisting of simply great big slabs of footage banged together, in what would take any average editor a couple of minutes. Where's the love? And - only one classic WHO scene? Sorry if there's more hidden in there somewhere - after starting watching, I didn't feel like spending 24 minutes watching this, so scrolled through only. Where's the scene with Tom being upset about his TARDIS getting a hole in it? The Doctor and Jamie introducing Victoria to the TARDIS. 3 with the TARDIS console in his laboratory. C'mon... Please... stop insulting us.
Mine is 12th Doctor's, with the Yellow lighting it looks so warm. It's also one of the only one showing that the TARDIS is a ship. Plus... THE LIGHTS! Second for me is 9th and 10th Doctor's Tardis was so damn cool too. There are random bits of old things on the console, the coral pillars. That green glow in series one and just the feeling that it's more than just a machine. And don't get me started on the 11th, I cannot put this below 9 and 10, so it shares the same second place. The magical feeling of it, the diagonal entrance signifying Bigger on the Inside even more. The more refined console featires than the coral's. Man I love all of them.
6:47 I'm sorry what was the point of 13 getting the Fob Watch and then throwing it away in the tardis she spent all that time looking for information about her past lives & the division she could've literally open it and she would have all her memories restored but instead she throw them away deep within the TARDIS man why did she bother in the first place on looking for the information about the division if she wanted to know like what was the point 🤔

Weird how they did no such thing in the real world. The Doctor was confirmed gender-neutral back in 1972 (and species-neutral in 1996), so it came as no surprise to actually-intelligent human beings when the former of those two states became more explicit in 2017.
I think there’s some licensing issues with fox in regards to the movie. For instance, Big Finish haven’t been allowed to use photos of 7 and 8 in their movies outfits on cover art in recent years, so they’ve been photo-shopping their own.
