I sure am slow. I came here for Brian Tracy. This is my first time seeing Jairek and I'm like he looks like Anthony Robbins. He has the same mouth and manor isms. He even sounds like him. LoL I am glad to see you are continuing in the tradition of you father. Thanks for the interview. I am inspired to live a full of success.
I'm such a huge fan of your Daddy and I have always dreamed of meeting him someday, and I'm so happy to see you, the way you deliver your message makes me feel as if I'm watching your Daddy, you are Awesome in the true sense of the word! May God Bless You!!!!
Tracy's right about the dopamine rush becoming a habit, but he's ignoring the connection between the dopamine rush and positive reinforcement. Yes, watching an episode of your favorite show first thing in the morning will give you a dopamine rush and encourage that bad habit. But for me, checking my email in the morning gives me a positive form of reinforcement: When I check my email in the morning, I'm looking at how much money appeared in my inbox overnight, which inspires me to work harder (I keep track of how much I make per day and try to break that number each day).
I totally agree. But I have a question...what Brian say from 14:00...this make sense, but how to make those things so important? I don't watch TV, but yesterday I had two momentarily choice. To create something (that doesn't make difference in my life) or being with my son. And I choose the first one. Even if you have clear goals, with reasons? Why people decide one thing. Emotions? What is best way to change that?
Happy Sunday!! If you are getting ready to plan out your week, you might want to check out this episode of JRCtv - Special interview with Brian Tracy focused on Time management tips! Enjoy!
