lol I have some in Kuwait, Some OTIS Lexan but it got modded in 2005, and there is a unknown lift got modded to OTIS Elevonic 411M and it has voice, and there is a old American styled OTIS but it’s broken bc ITS GONE, and we have another OTIS Elevonic 401 with luxury caps and it has voice

@@lyift1329 The only OTIS Elevonic's in the Philippines is Elevonic 411 and those elevators use Series 3 fixtures.
@@idjdjdj1397 yes, but in Kuwait, we have some of those, and more RARE lifts, and Chinese Generic’s aren’t common in Kuwait
