I love your pod for 2 reasons: 1/ insights 2/ play spot the mixed metaphors. You were on fire on this one. Eg. Those high priced rookies aren’t “place getters”, like they came 2nd or 3rd. They are “place holders”. There was plenty more too. Lots of fun.
I feel like people are frothing over lynch, but old mate powell-pepper if he plays R1 is the same level. NFI how he is recovering though. Also Lynch has no Riewoldt to free him up. Also thanks Swiz, Mr consistent on this channel for content.
@@Bourkes15 I like SPP but comparing him with no role certainty, with a career best average of 78.4, to someone that has averaged 78.4 or more 5x before isn't a good match. Yes the price is the same but I think the ceiling is what appeals people to Lynch. Injury plagued 2 years but the 4 seasons prior he netted 20x 100+ and 10 of those were 120+. I share reservations on him being in a losing Richmond but it depends how they play him. Like most players, he's holding a place in most of our sides until a better rookie shows up, or someone like a SPP / Sheldrick / Tsatas take their place from a $$ point for view.
@@Jayden_3742 Reid could certainly do an Oliver/Daicos/Sheezel in his 2nd season. Clarry has history on his side, it's more about whether he can get back to 115+av.
