Arranged by the great Mr. Art Reblitz, based upon Mr. Herbert Stothart's original orchestration of this for the movie, I believe. I think this was arranged in the 1970s or 1980s but Mr. Reblitz would have the correct date. One of the very nicest Welte arrangements as well as one of my favorite versions of this great song (*I mean "Over the Rainbow" although of course the other tunes are also very nicely arranged).
I believe they have 3 of them :) They have styles 2 and 3 Cottage orchestrions and a style 4 Concert orchestrion. The styles 2 and 4 were both originally sold to buyers in Mexico and have ebonized cases (I don't know the names / locations of the original owners) and the style 3 was 'recently' (1990s) rediscovered in a large barn or outbuilding on the property of the family of the original wealthy USA buyer who bought that orchestrion new from Welte. There was a little article in the MBSI "Mechanical Music" Journal or maybe the MBSI "News Bulletin" about Sanfilippo's style 3 Welte, circa the late 1990s / early 2000s. Sanfilippo did also have the Bob-Lo Island Welte Wotan "brass band" orchestrion for a while, before it was sold to the Milhous Bros of Florida, who then sold it again at their 2012 auction to the Andrews collection in I think Texas. I don't know where it is now.
