My mom is 74 and her health is declining. Thank you for making this video. It definitely has helped me prepare.
I feeling like my mom will go gradually and I honestly don’t wanna see her in hospice. I have really thought in my mind to put a blind fold on and go see my mom if she does go there. I don’t want to not be there with her. But I also don’t wanna have the last image I have of her to be her in pain.

Do what you need to do for you. It's a must. My dad was released from the hospital Feb 25th & immediately put on hospice. He has 9 kids & I was the only one truly able to take it. He passed on the 9th. I needed to be by his side, I needed to make sure I had all my questions answered & to know there was nothing else that I could've done. My siblings couldn't and that is so ok!!! Don't force yourself or let anyone force you into feeling any type of way. I'm praying for you guys!

This video has helped sooooo much. I lost my dad suddenly December 21,2020 and it shook my whole world. I’m still dealing with how to have a normal life. I feel so confused about what I’m going through, like a zombie . Plus I’m pregnant and having to go through this while carrying a child has been tough but I’ve been strong, stronger than I’ve ever imagined. This video has really helped. I know it’s gonna take time but I’m gonna use all these steps to help with this process. Thank you!❤️

Hearing you talk this way has been extremely inspiring, especially because I have already been doing some of these things. This was meant to happen. Thank you so much for this! & thanks to your mom, because as you said, your good deeds are in her name . Stay blesse

I just lost my dad on the 9th of this month. I've been working in overdrive to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be for his memorial in a few days. This video was helpful. I'm gonna save it because I know once I have time to actually process this, I'm gonna need to see this again. I thought I would've reacted so much worse, but I was able to spend his last birthday with him (March 2nd), care for him while he was on hospice & hold his hand & talk him through his transition. For the most part I feel like I got the closure I needed. Thank you for this Ray! ❤🎠❤🎠❤🎠❤

I've experienced both parents in a two week span Jan 2018 it's so difficult but the greatest thing is that I always dream of her and we talk about things that's going on I thank God everyday for my parents and what I've learned we all grieve different so it's very important to love one another no matter what God bless you sis thank you 💕

Beautiful message in every way possible! Grief truly is a journey and can look very different for each of us. It’s so important to honor those we’ve lost through how we live our lives in light and how we encourage and inspire others. I constantly hold tight to memories and conversations (and current dreams too!) with my dad and that has fueled me each day! Right after he passed there was definitely sadness, but I had an unexpected amount of strength because I felt that he had prepared me and I had a peace in knowing he is always with me and I’m so thankful for his love. His words and life inspire me to create the life I desire and to love others just as he did. We truly are never alone! I felt your words and cherish them! Love and light to you! ✨❤️ 🦄

My mother transitioned 23 years ago when I was 1 year old. I find myself grieving here and there throughout the years. I do wish I knew more about her but I’m grateful for the woman she made in me.
I will work on getting back to meditation; I find it hard to do those things for myself when I’m in a depressive episode. Thank you so much for this video! I really needed to hear this.

🦄🦄🦄 Whew! this was very helpful Ray.. it’s been 6 years since I lost my mom 1 year after graduation. Her passing has completely broke me. Right after I immediately threw myself into work to cope & I was still frail b/c I wasn’t eating much at all. I would also have the same unpleasant nightmares/images of seeing her take her last breath/ at the end of her rope… (I will implement no. 11 💗) This mothers day’s wasn’t SO bad as previous ones, b/c I honored my boyfriend’s mother symbolically in place of my mother in the physical & it felt good. I just know I definitely have a lot of letting go to do, but I’m proud of my progress & know she is too. 🥹🫶🏼
