The front entry needs a place for coats and a bench, and the corridor/bathroom/laundry could be reconfigured to provide space for them. In many households, an entertainment center would be more functional than a fireplace. The kitchen has a large unused area that might have a breakfast table or might be partitioned for a pantry. The plan has potential, but I think it needs some adjustments.
